Practice Management Section

An important part of any aesthetic surgeon’s office, and therefore of this course, is practice management and patient consulting.  We provide all attendees of this course with a dinner, led by two or three of the Foundation for Hair Restoration’s Patient Advisors, who will cover the key steps they take to provide the following services for the practice:

  • Phone and email communication with prospective patients
  • In-person consultation techniques
  • Fee presentation and the build-up of value
  • Promoting laser light therapy

Also covered will be manpower needs, how to manage employees, and essentials in marketing.

This will be a very worthwhile evening where all attendees will have an opportunity to learn from a practice with more than 20 years of experience.  Attendees are also welcome to share their own experiences and what works and what doesn’t work.

Optional:  For those seeking more extensive patient consulting technique tutoring, a second dinner, held on the following night, is offered.  During this dinner, attendees will have an opportunity to role-play and learn more about how the Patient Advisors at the Foundation perform their work.
